Managing Director, Master's degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding from CSAU&T Kanpur in 1990. My career started in Regional Seed Company in 1991.

Having more than 30 years experience in Agriculture seed Industries in various fields; Marketing, Production, Research and Administrations. Participated National and International Conferences, Seminars, Symposiums, workshops and other group meeting related to agriculture field to enhance technical know - how and understand the needs of global growers/farmers/exporter & consumers and future expectations in supply and demands. To keep our self upgrade in the field agriculture in the needs of our esteem customers and in ago-climatic changing in cultivation of crops globally and in support to enhance farmers agri income in future.

Having excellent knowledge and vast experience in both breeding and managing an administration with many professional colleagues and worked with very energetic team. Provided support to improve in the field of vegetable breeding, production and promotion of the crops and grooms technical skills in the form of long term projections and technical know how to achieve their goal in improvement of farming community.

Had proven Organizational skills, track record and excellent leadership abilities to professionally associated with a research oriented projects, which provides the research oriented position for best utilization of my skills in the field of vegetable crops breeding, Genetics & biotechnological tools and techniques, product development & placements and to work hard towards achieving the goals of the Organization.
